Jerry Lawler: Video shows pandemonium ringside after heart attack

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjeSWElxhPw

Jerry Lawler, who suffered a heart attack Monday during a live broadcast of WWE’s “Monday Night Raw” in Montreal, was immediately aided by medical personnel at ringside, who performed CPR on the stricken announcer/wrestler.

In the video above, you can see medical technicians working on Lawler, then eight men carry Lawler away from ringside to a waiting stretcher, which takes him backstage.

Because of the physical nature of their shows, WWE always has medical personnel on standby, a fact that may have saved Lawler’s life.

Jerry is currently in stable condition.
