TRISHA YEARWOOD covers the latest issue of People magazine, on
stands today (Friday). Trisha’s showing off her new body after a 30 pound
weight loss. She shares how she tried nearly every diet on the market before
designing her own plan.
I always thought GARTH BROOKS and TRISHA YEARWOOD were happy being deliciously chubby together. I guess I was wrong because Trisha told “People” that she’s tried just about every diet in the world, and none worked.
So, she finally designed her own program that helped her lose 30 pounds in the past four months. She went from a size 14 to a size 10, which is a huge deal for women.
Anyway, Trisha did it the old fashioned way . . . by eating less and getting sweaty. She said, quote, “I designed my own plan that’s low-fat, low-sugar 90 percent of the time.” She also does Zumba classes at least three times a week.
