Everyone is still talking about the skinnier Miranda Lambert, She said the only food she gave up was cheetohs, but there really was more to it, and I’m sure if you’ve ever been on a diet, you know it’s a lot more work than that. If you pick up People magazine you can get the real story. She says she lost a size by cutting back  her portions and doing cardio, circuit training, and lunges. Instead of steak for dinner, she’ll have chicken and a baked sweet potato. The day after the CMA’s she tweeted a thank you to Bill Crutchfield @Crutchcamp, he’s a  personal trainer (Nashville and on the road), running coach, boot camp instructor, owner of Crutch Camp LLC.  You can find out more in People magazine, on newsstands today.
