Everyone is still talking about the skinnier Miranda Lambert, She said the only food she gave up was cheetohs, but there really was more to it, and I’m sure if you’ve ever been on a diet, you know it’s a lot more work than that. If you pick up People magazine you can get the real story. She says she lost a size by cutting back  her portions and doing cardio, circuit training, and lunges. Instead of steak for dinner, she’ll have chicken and a baked sweet potato.
