Kacey ” Montana” ?

Kacey ” Montana” ?
  • Before she got her record deal, Kacey Musgraves took her share of crappy jobs.  Here’s one that must have been painful.  She told American Songwriter “I had to be ‘Hannah Montana’ and sing one of her songs.” Embarrassing yes, but check out the one she turned down. She said, quote, “[Another] job was, ‘We need you to dress up as a French maid and deliver balloons to an industry birthday party.’ She declined and I’m sure she is glad she did because it ended up being for none other than Blake Shelton and you know he’d have never let her live that down! But it would have made for a great story.  If you haven’t listened to Kacey’s CD you are missing out. Every and I do mean EVERY song on the album is incredible. I seriously think this is album of the year material. BTW- did you see Kacey in the crowd on American Idol a couple of weeks ago. She and Kree Harrison who is in the final two are good friends.
