Country stars plan charity softball game

NASHVILLE (AP) — Florida Georgia Line, Scotty McCreery and Brantley Gilbert will show off their softball skills to fight cancer.

They will participate in the City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game in Nashville on June 7.

Sara Evans, Danielle Bradbery from “The Voice,” Jana Kramer, Craig Morgan, and Lauren Alaina and Kree Harrison from “American Idol” will also play.

The game raises money for the City of Hope cancer research and treatment center.
