Montgomery Gentry star Eddie Montgomery’s second marriage began in a stormy fashion – the singer and his new bride had to prepare for a tornado threat hours after exchanging vows on Monday.

The “If You Ever Stop Loving Me” hitmaker and longtime girlfriend Jennifer Belcher spent much of their first evening as husband and wife hiding from the storm, which has ripped through parts of Oklahoma and Arkansas.

It’s not clear where the Kentucky-born singer and his wife wed, but days before the nuptials he tweeted from both Kentucky and Oklahoma.

This is Montgomery’s second marriage – he and his ex-wife Tracy, with whom he has four children, split in 2010 after 20 years together.
