LET THEM EAT CAKE! Joan Rivers stormed out of the pre-Oscars party as part of a publicity stunt.

Veteran comedienne Joan Rivers stormed out of a QVC pre-Oscars party in Los Angeles on Friday night after she was pushed face-first into a cake by “Muppets” character Miss Piggy.

The incident was all part of a publicity stunt that occurred after the catty TV personality became embroiled in an argument with the puppet over their rival collections for home shopping channel QVC.

Video footage of the fake clash was posted online on Saturday. In it Rivers takes a low blow at the famous porker with a ham joke and Miss Piggy fires back, shouting “plastic surgery, plastic surgery, plastic surgery!”

The duo also had a famous feud in the 1980s hit “Muppets Take Manhattan.”
