Statler Brother Jimmy Fortune

Jimmy Fortune started singing tenor with The Statler Brothers in 1982, filling in for the ailing Lew Dewitt.  He became the permanent tenor when Lew was unable to return to the stage.

Saturday night, Jimmy is part of the lineup for the 3rd Johnny Cash Music Festival at the ASU Convocation Center, along with Vince Gill, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, and others!

Jimmy Fortune joins Trey and Jim Thursday morning just after 7:30 to talk about Saturday’s event and reminisce a little about The Statler Brothers!
