The following describes the Official Contest Rules for the 2026 Power Up Giveaway (the “Contest”). 

Contest entrants must be eligible and qualify to win by satisfying the term, requirements, and conditions set forth below: 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN: A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOIDWHEREPROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CLAY COUNTY, RANDOLPH COUNTY, SHARP COUNTY, FULTON COUNTY, LAWRENCE COUNTY, JACKSON COUNTY, GREENE COUNTY, CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, POINSETT COUNTY, CROSS COUNTY, AND MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, ARKANSAS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. 
2. SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Contest isJetton Power Solutions (“Sponsor”), 5400 Finch Road, Paragould, Arkansas 72450. 
3. CONTEST FACILITATOR AND CONTEST OFFICIALS:Jonesboro Media Group shall serve as the “Contest Facilitator” with responsibility for administering the Contest. “Contest Officials” designated by the management of the Contest Facilitator shall be responsible for interpretation and enforcement of the Contest Rules. Contest Officials shall have the right to disqualify any participant for violation of the Contest Rules and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. The Contest Facilitator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to alter, change, cancel or suspend this Contest, for any reason whatsoever, without prior notification. 
4. ELIGIBILITY:This Contest is open to LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CLAY COUNTY, RANDOLPH COUNTY, SHARP COUNTY, FULTON COUNTY, LAWRENCE COUNTY, JACKSON COUNTY, GREENE COUNTY, CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, POINSETT COUNTY, CROSS COUNTY, AND MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, ARKANSAS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER except as otherwise provided in these contest rules. Current employees of Sponsor and their designees or agents or their parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, and their advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, and agents and the immediate family members and people living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win. 
5. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:a. Participation in this promotion is open only to individuals who own their primary residence. Ownership does not require the property to be free of mortgage. Renters and non-homeowners are not eligible. Winners may be required to submit documentation confirming eligibility before receiving any prize. b. Only one (1) prize may be awarded per household for the duration of this contest. Individuals who have won a prize valued at more than $600 in any other contest hosted or conducted by JONESBORO MEDIA GROUP must wait thirty (30) days from the date they were notified of their most recent win before becoming eligible to win again. Likewise, any winner of this contest will not be eligible to win a prize from any other contest hosted or conducted by JONESBORO MEDIA GROUP for thirty (30) days following the date they are notified of their winning status. 
6. CONTEST PERIOD:The Contest begins at 5:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on December 26, 2025, and ends at 11:59PM CT on January 27, 2026. The clock of the Contest Facilitator is the official Contest clock. Entries received after this deadline shall be deemed null and void and will not be included in the prize winner selection. 
7. HOW TO ENTER:During the Contest Period, participants must listen to a Jonesboro Media Group radio station (KDXY 104.9 The Fox, KEGI 100.5 The Eagle, KJBX Mix 106.3, KDXY-HD2 Hot 107.5, KDXY-HD3 EZ 92.7 or KJBX-HD2 98.5 The Outlaw) to hear a “sounder” and a “text keyword.” The radio station will give instructions on what keyword to text and the number to text. When the participant submits the text the participant will receive a return (bounce back) text that includes a link. Clicking the link will open a nomination form. The participant must complete and submit the nomination form in order to enter the contest. Participants may nominate themselves or someone they know. All entries must include the following information: 

Participant’s Name; 

Participant’s Address; 

Participant’s Town; 

Participant’s Email Address; 

Participant’s Phone Number; 

Participant’s Zip; 

Participant’s Place of Employment: 

Age of Participant’s Home; 

A brief explanation of what this generator would mean to you and your family; 

Confirmation that Participant owns his/her own; 

Verification that Participant is at least 21 years of age or older; 

Verification that all information provided in this form is accurate; 

Election to receive or decline email updates from sponsor; 

Election to receive or decline email updates from contest facilitator radio stations: 

If a participant does not have an email address or phone number, they should respond with “None.” However, either a phone number or email address is required for both the nominator and the nominee to be eligible in the event of selection. Entries missing this information will be deemed null and void. 

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on January 27, 2026. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Photocopies, facsimiles, or other reproductions will not be eligible. 

9. PRIZE AND PRIZEWINNER SELECTION: At the conclusion of the promotional period, one (1) winner will be selected by Contest Officials from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive:

   (1) 24 kW Generac Automatic home standby generator

   (1) 100 or 200 Amp Automatic Transfer switch

   (1) Concrete GenPad

   (1) Battery

   (1) Materials, Installation and Labor included

   (up to 20’ of gas supply line and 20’ of electrical supply lines – additional materials, labor or customization may result in added to costs at winners expense)

   (1) 4G LTE Remote Monitoring with 1 year included subscription

   (1) Whole Home Surge Protection Package

   (1) 10 year extended limited warranty

   (Maintenance must be performed annually or every 200 hours, whichever comes first, at winners expense, to keep 10-year warranty in tact)

   Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Total Prize Value: $15,100.00

 

Prize values listed are starting base prices and include up to 20 feet of gas line and generator cable. Additional materials, labor, or customization may result in added costs. 

Any upgrades or modifications to the prize or installation will be at the sole expense of the winner. The prize, or any portion thereof, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. 

Prize installation must be scheduled on or before June 30, 2026. If the prize installation has not been scheduled by this date, the Prize will be deemed forfeited. 

Prize winner shall not be eligible to participate in or win any other contest or promotion hosted or conducted by the Contest Entities for thirty (30) days immediately following the date of winner is notified of their winning status. 

10. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:Winner must own the home where the prize will be installed. The home does not have to be free and clear of any mortgage; however, renters are not eligible. The installation site must meet the following minimum requirements to qualify for basic installation: 

A stable, level surface suitable for generator placement, such as an existing concrete or composite pad. 

Installation location must comply with all local codes and manufacturer requirements, including minimum clearances (typically 18–24 inches from the home and at least 5 feet from openings such as doors, windows, and vents). 

Location must allow safe and compliant routing of electrical and fuel connections, not to exceed 25 feet from the home’s main electrical panel. 

Property must have an existing, operable natural gas or liquid propane (LP) fuel source with adequate pressure and capacity for generator operation. 

Home’s electrical system must be up to code and compatible with installation of a transfer switch. 

All installations are subject to any required local permits and inspections. 

Any upgrades, modifications, or additional work required to meet these specifications—including but not limited to extended fuel lines, trenching, new pads, or electrical or gas service upgrades—are solely the responsibility of the winner. 

11. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION, CONDITIONS, AND ODDS OFWINNING: Winner will be required to fill out a W9 and return it to the Contest Facilitator before the prize is awarded. Winner has thirty (30) days from the time of being notified of their winning status to return their completed W9 to the Contest Facilitator. Failure to comply could result in the winner being disqualified and their prize revoked by the Contest Facilitator, with or without notice. 

Winner must have a valid ID to claim their prize. Contest Facilitator reserves the right to require additional identification and may choose to deny awarding the prize based on falsification of identification, fraud, ineligibility, or other failure to comply with the Contest Rules. All prizes may be revoked by the Contest Administrator under the additional following conditions: (1) a winner cannot be reached within twenty-four (24) hours of winner selection; (2) Contest Facilitator is unable to leave voicemail due to a full voicemail box or because the mailbox is not properly set-up; (3) a winner does not return phone call within forty-eight (48) hours of a message left by Contest Facilitator; (4) a winner is determined to be ineligible for the Contest; or (5) any other reason set forth in the Contest Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of contest entries received. 

12. TAXES AND COSTS RELATED TO PRIZES:All federal, state, or other tax liabilities (including income taxes), and subsequent or related expenses such as, but not limited to, gasoline, insurance, and maintenance arising from the award of a prize from this Contest will be the sole responsibility of each winner. In the event a prize winner receives, or has already received, a prize from any other contest(s) sponsored by Sponsor, Contest Facilitator and/or any of the Contest Entities, during the 2026 calendar year, such prize values will be combined with this prize value. Winner will receive a Form 1099 from Sponsor for total value of all prizes received during the 2025 calendar year. 
13. GENERALCONDITIONS: By participating in this Contest, all entrants agree (a) to abide by these and any additional specific official rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities and Contest Officials designated by Contest Facilitator, which will be binding and final in all respects; (b) to the use of information by the Contest Entities for marketing and advertising purposes as allowed by applicable privacy policies and law; (c) to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Contest Entities and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, costs, expenses, fees, injuries (including death), losses, and damages resulting or alleged to result from participation in the Contest, acceptance or use of any prize, and/or from entrants fraudulent or otherwise wrongful acts or omissions; (d) not to sue the Contest Entities for any damages alleged to arise from winner’s acceptance of or use of the prize(s); and (e) to the use of the entrants, name, voice, biography, and likeness by Contest Entities without further notice or compensation for promotion, advertising, filing, and dissemination purposes, except where otherwise prohibited by law. Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, undelivered, undeliverable, incomplete, or unreadable entries. Contest Entities are not responsible for lost entries due to telephonic or electronic malfunctions. Contest Officials may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Contest Entities representatives. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned as a result of any causes beyond the reasonable control of Contest Entities including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention or fraud which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, then, Contest Officials reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. The rules can be modified at any time without notice. 
14. DISPUTES:All entrants and Sponsor (together “the Parties”) agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved in the following manner: (a) Negotiation – The Parties first shall use reasonable efforts to discuss and negotiate resolution of the controversy; (b) Arbitration. If the efforts to negotiate a resolution do not succeed, the Parties shall resolve the controversy by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Commercial Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association (the “Rules”) and pursuant to the following additional provisions; (c) Applicable Law – The Parties agree that the internal laws of Arkansas shall govern the construction of the terms and the application of the provisions of the Contest and that all disputes will be resolved in accordance with Arkansas law; (2) Selection of Arbitrators – The Parties shall select one arbitrator within ten (10) days after the filing of a demand and submission in accordance with the Rules. If the Parties fail to agree on an arbitrator within that ten (10)-day period or fail to agree to an extension of that period, the arbitration shall take place before an arbitrator selected in accordance with the Rules; (3) Location of Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and the arbitrator shall issue any award at the place of arbitration. The arbitrator may conduct hearings and meetings at any other place agreeable to the Parties or, upon the motion of a party, determined by the arbitrator as necessary to obtain significant testimony or evidence; (4) Enforcement of Award – The prevailing party shall have the right to enter the award of the arbitrator in any court having jurisdiction over one or more of the Parties or their assets. The Parties specifically waive any right they may have to apply to any court for relief from any decision of the arbitrator made prior to the award; (5) Attorneys’ Fees and Costs – Prevailing party to the arbitration shall have the right to an award of its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred after the filing of the demand and submission. 
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/GOVERNING LAW:All entrants agree that by entering the Contest they waive any and all rights to claim actual, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, against Sponsors and their designees or agents. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official Contest Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsors and their designees or agents in connection with this Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Arkansas or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of Arkansas. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTYOF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 
16. RIGHT TO USE NAME, PHOTO, VOICE, AND LIKENESS:By participating, all participants automatically grant Contest Facilitators, Sponsors and their designees the right to use his/her name, voice, photograph, image, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, prize information and/or statements about this promotion for advertising and publicity purposes in all media (including social media) at the discretion of the Contest Facilitator(s), without limitation, for an unlimited time and without further compensation or notice. 
17. NO AFFILIATION:This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, MailChimp, Meta, or Instagram.
