A-State men’s basketball announces 2025-26 upcoming themes, activities and food drives

Jonesboro, AR – (Contributed) Arkansas State Athletics unveiled themes and promotions for the 2025-26 men’s basketball non-conference schedule on Thursday, covering six home games inside First National Bank Arena.

The home opener versus Christian Brothers on Nov. 15 will be sponsored by Simmons Bank and includes a Hard Hat giveaway for the first 200 students. In addition, the Arkansas State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will be hosting a food drive throughout the weekend of the contest.

Supporters that make a food donation will receive the option of a free ticket voucher to the men’s basketball matchup against Arkansas Tech on Dec. 30 or the women’s basketball game against UT Martin on Dec. 6.

The Red Wolves return to First National Bank Arena for the Arkansas State Thanksgiving MTE, consisting of three games scheduled from Nov. 24-28. Head coach Ryan Pannone will host a Thanksgiving Clinic sponsored by Lost Pizza Co. for campers ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade on Nov. 25, and more information can be found by clicking here.

Shelter Insurance is set to sponsor the first contest versus Jacksonville State on Nov. 24, and the A-State Food Pantry will host a food drive during the contest. Fans that make a canned food donation will receive a free ticket to the Red Wolves’ Nov. 28 matchup versus North Dakota State, which includes a team poster giveaway and a team autograph session following the contest.

The Gamecocks and Bison will face off at 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 26, with free admission provided to all who attend.

The first 1,000 fans to enter First National Bank Arena for A-State’s matchup against UT Arlington on Dec. 2 will receive a commemorative Christmas ornament, and a New Year’s Eve glasses giveaway highlights the Dec. 30 matchup versus Arkansas Tech.

The Red Wolves conclude non-conference action with a “Red Out” in the second round of the MAC-SBC Challenge on Feb. 7, 2026. Unico Bank will sponsor the contest, which features a youth replica jersey giveaway.

NEXT UP

A-State opens the 2025-26 home slate versus Christian Brothers on Nov. 12 at 7:00 p.m. inside First National Bank Arena. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+ and the Red Wolves mobile app.
