A-State men’s basketball unveils remaining 2025-26 schedule themes and promotions

Jonesboro, AR – (Contributed) – Arkansas State Athletics unveiled themes and promotions for the remaining 2025-26 men’s basketball home games on Tuesday, covering 11 matchups inside First National Bank Arena.

The Red Wolves open a four-game Howliday Homestand in the final non-conference contest of 2025 versus Arkansas Tech at 7 p.m. on Dec. 30, with the first 500 fans set to receive champagne flute-style New Year’s glasses. The matchup against the Wonder Boys and the first three contests of 2026 (Jan. 3-10) will include an indoor Hijinx Kids’ Zone featuring inflatables, free hot chocolate, candy, and games.

Special ticket offers are also available during the four-game stretch. A limited number of lower-level seats are available for just $15, and fans can take advantage of four upper-level tickets for just $26. Howliday ticket deals can be purchased here.

Optimum will sponsor A-State’s first matchup of the new year against James Madison (Jan. 3) that features a branded ice scraper giveaway for the first 250 fans. The Red Wolves are scheduled to “Black Out The Bank” four days later versus Troy (Jan. 7), and game sponsor St. Bernards will be handing out 1,000 Howl Towels in addition to sponsoring a Baby Race at halftime.

The Jan. 10 contest with Texas State will be the first of three this season to include the release of a trading card set featuring the Red Wolves. Five cards will be released in limited numbers across games against the Bobcats, Marshall (Jan. 31), and ULM (Feb. 11). The home game against the Thundering Herd is presented by Southern Roofing, while Coca-Cola is presenting the game against the Warhawks.

The Jan. 28 matchup with Old Dominion, sponsored by Mid-South Ford, includes an in-game giveaway from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

Fans are encouraged to wear red for the second round of the MAC-SBC Challenge on Feb. 7, which is being presented by Unico Bank. ServPro of Jonesboro will be giving away 300 youth replica jerseys ahead of the contest.

The “Stripe The Bank” game sponsored by NEA Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is slated for the South Alabama game on Feb. 14. Stripe Out T-shirts will be provided in the lower level of First National Bank Arena.

Howl on the Hardwood, sponsored by Southern Farm Bureau, is set for the Feb. 24 matchup versus Southern Miss. A student jersey giveaway is included alongside a pep rally and other prizes from the A-State Student Activities Board.

Summit Roofing & Restoration will sponsor the Senior Day matchup against Louisiana on Feb. 27.
