A-State women’s golf announces 2025-26 schedule

Jonesboro, AR – (Contributed) – Aug. 7, 2025 – Arkansas State women’s golf head coach MJ Desbiens Shaw announced a challenging slate of events, including the annual Lady Red Wolves Classic at Sage Meadows Country Club Oct. 13-14, for the 2025-26 schedule.

Including the season opener at Caledonia Golf Club for the Golfweek Fall Challenge in Pawleys Island, SC, Sept. 6-9, the Red Wolves are scheduled for five tournaments during the fall.

A-State will also compete in the Schooner Fall Classic (Sept. 20-22), Marilynn Smith Sunflower Invitational (Oct. 6-7), host the Lady Red Wolves Classic (Oct. 13-14) and travel to Hot Springs Village, AR, for the Diamante Intercollegiate Oct. 19-21.

The spring portion of the schedule will get underway Feb. 1-3 at the UNCG Collegiate at Hammock Creek Golf Club in Palm City, FL. Following a match play tournament, the Great River Cup, Feb. 16-17 at Windance Country Club in Gulfport, MS, the Red Wolves head to Puerto Rico for the Iguana Invitational at the Flamboyan Course March 3-5.

The final regular season tune-up is March 30-31 at the ULM Invitational at Bayou Desiard Country Club in Monroe, LA.

The 2026 Sun Belt Conference Women’s Golf Championships will take place at The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa and the Lakewood Golf Club in Point Clear, AL, April 20-23.

This will be the third consecutive season the Sun Belt will determine its women’s golf team champion in a match-play format. NCAA Regionals are set for May 11-13 with the NCAA Championship May 22-27 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Champions Club in Carlsbad, CA.
