Accident with injury on AR 349 south of AR 91 west of Jonesboro

Craighead County, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The E-911 Center in Jonesboro indicated there is an accident with injury on AR 349 just south of AR 91 west of Jonesboro and south of Bono.

Officers and first responders are on the scene, and the roadway is blocked. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and find an alternate route.

According to Captain Matt Kirby with the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office, this is a single vehicle accident rollover with entrapment. There are at least two individuals in the vehicle, and the fire department is working to extract them.

The two occupants are both reported as having injuries, and the Arkansas State Police is assisting.
