Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority cluster retreat meets this weekend at Red Wolf Convention Center

Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated will be hosting its Arkansas Cluster Service project on Friday, benefiting the Hope House/SURE Foundation in Jonesboro.

According to an Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority news release, the project aims to improve the quality of life for residents of Jonesboro by “addressing needs, enhancing life skills, and fostering a sense of community belonging.” The service project will take place on Friday, Nov. 14.

The cluster retreat will be on Nov. 15. The news release said cluster retreats are designed to bring together chapters within a specific region for service, sisterhood, and learning. The Arkansas cluster falls under the South Central Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. 

The host Chapters for the cluster retreat are the Kappa Nu Omega and Eta Upsilon Chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.

The retreat will take place at the Red Wolf Convention Center at the Embassy Suites by Hilton.
