Prior to opening the 2026 campaign, the Red Wolves will host the Scarlet and Black Scrimmage (Aug. 15) and an exhibition against Ole Miss (Aug. 22) on consecutive Saturdays. A matchup at North Alabama (Aug. 18) sits between the two contests and completes the three-game preseason docket.

The season begins with the Aggies (Aug. 28) at the Texas A&M Invitational while matches against Grand Canyon (Aug. 29) and 2025 Big West Champion Cal Poly (Aug. 30) follow. The Red Wolves will face Bowling Green (Sept. 4) and Northern Kentucky (Sept. 4) in a doubleheader before taking on 2025 Patriot League Champion American (Sept. 5) at the Best Western Invitational hosted by the Falcons.

The Mizzou Invitational will cap a nine-game road trip to start the season. The three-game slate begins with a bout against the Tigers (Sept. 11) and a doubleheader versus Wichita State (Sept. 12) and FGCU (Sept. 12) highlights the second day.

The A-State Invitational returns in 2026, and the Scarlet and Black will open with a Friday matchup against Arkansas (Sept. 18). The programs met for the first time since 1975 last season, and the 2026 edition will mark the Razorback volleyball program’s first appearance in Jonesboro.

The Red Wolves’ final contest of the weekend will be a Sunday matinee versus Illinois (Sept. 20).

The reigning Sun Belt Champions open a 16-game conference slate at home in a Thursday-Friday series versus ULM (Sept. 24-25) before traveling to Louisiana (Oct. 1-2) one week later. South Alabama (Oct. 9-10) travels to Jonesboro for a Friday-Saturday duel while consecutive road trips to Georgia Southern (Oct. 16-17) and Southern Miss (Oct. 22-23) follow.

A-State hosts Troy (Oct. 30-31) on the final Friday and Saturday of October and faces Sun Belt newcomer Louisiana Tech (Nov. 6-7) in Ruston, LA, to open November. A Sun Belt Volleyball Championship rematch against James Madison (Nov. 13-14) on Friday and Saturday inside First National Bank Arena will conclude the regular season.

The 2026 edition of the Sun Belt Volleyball Championship is scheduled for Nov. 18-22 inside the Foley Events Center in Foley, AL.
