Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Sept. 26, 2024 – In response to the recent weather forecast, the Craighead County Road Department is mobilizing to assist residents by removing dead and storm-damaged trees, as well as broken limbs from County roads and roadsides.

Our team is committed to ensuring the safety and accessibility of our community’s roadways.

The removal service includes addressing limbs that obstruct streetlights, traffic signals, and traffic signs, as well as those that may impair sight distance at intersections. We encourage residents to report any fallen trees or limbs on county roadways so that we can respond promptly.

To report a fallen tree or limbs during regular office hours, please call 870-933-4510. For after-hours emergencies, residents can reach us at 870-393-5338.

We appreciate the cooperation of our community as we work to keep our roads safe and clear. Thank you for your attention, and please stay safe during inclement weather.
