Craighead County road to close Monday for road work

Craighead County, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The Craighead County Road Department will be closing a road on Monday.

According to a news release from the county, CR 862 between Highway 135 and CR 849 will close Monday, March 9 at 8 a.m. The road is expected to be closed for four weeks, or until the project is finished.

Detour signs will be posted, and drivers are asked to use caution in the area. Commuters should account for extra travel time.
