Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – April 26, 2024 – Hey, I’m Vicki White, the owner of Sana Vita by Foundation.  I’m very excited to be able to share with all of you what Sana Vita is and how it can change your life!

My private mental health practice is Foundation: A Wellness Practice. Foundation was started in 2018 with my daughter, Dr. Lauren Hannah, where we began working with so many amazing people who just wanted to feel better! We have seen countless people begin to truly enjoy their lives rather than being held hostage by their symptoms.

This made us start thinking, what are some additional ways people can begin to prioritize their Wellness? We then began to research. That’s when we found a multitude of innovative and effective services, we just had to decide which ones we wanted to offer.

I think we made some cool choices that you are going to love!

Securing the beautiful historic home where Sana Vita is now housed allowed the perfect setting for our Wellness Spa. We offer so many cutting-edge services at Sana Vita that we want Jonesboro and the surrounding communities to know about and experience! We are a family-owned business where my husband, Charles, and son Matt, worked together to completely transform our property at 534 W Washington Ave to the gorgeous, whimsical atmosphere we envisioned it to be!

  • Electric Cryotherapy chamber – Subzero chamber (up to -120) for a period of no more than 3 minutes! Pain relief, reduction of inflammation and promotes an overall feeling of well-being!
  • Redlight therapy bed – A non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to improve various health conditions. Reducing inflammation, improving skin conditions, pain relief, and treating depression.
  • Zero gravity dry float – innovative system of dry floatation. Floating induces a cognitive state where your mind is free.  Reduces cortisol levels, improves sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, promotes mindfulness. These are only a few of the benefits of dry floating.
  • Dream Pod sensory deprivation tank – fully immerses a person in water heated to 95.9 degrees and is full of 1000 lbs. of Epsom salt. The buoyancy created by the Epsom-salt brings the individual close to a feeling of weightlessness. Floating resets the mind and body’s hormonal and metabolic balance.  Promotes better sleep, reduces depression symptoms, decreases anxiety, relieves pain and reduces inflammation.
  • The Halo IR infrared salt sauna – Combines halotherapy (salt) and far infrared therapy to strengthen respiratory health and detoxification. It engages all 5 senses to reduce anxiety and depression, sleep better, breathe better, strengthen your immune system and detoxifies the body.
  • Oxygen bars combine essential oils with 95% pure oxygen to create clarity and focus while promoting tranquility and cheer. Increase energy levels, reduces stress, improves sleep quality, reduces symptoms of headaches and aids in smoking recovery.
  • Wellness Boutique – where we sell products that are related to promoting good self-care!

Every service we have was chosen due to the mental health benefits found in regular use. However, they also have a multitude of physical health benefits!

Our website sanavitawellness.net has a multitude of information under the Stay Well tab, which explains in detail what each service is and the mental and physical benefits of each modality.

I can’t wait for each of you to come see Sana Vita!  (pronounced “sauna Veta”) See you soon!
