Education events planned in March at the Jonesboro library

Jonesboro, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library has several education events planned in March.

On Thursday, March 19, the library will be hosting a Homeschool Hangout from 2-4 p.m. in the Round Room. The event invites homeschool students in pre-K through 6th grade and parents for a day of socialization.

Staff from the Bradbury Art Museum will lead a printmaking program in which participants will make their own art. Registration is not required.

Then, on Saturday, March 21, the library will be hosting an ACT Practice Test in partnership with Beacon Tutoring Company. The free test will be held in the Round Room from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Teens can pre-register online or in-person. Those attending will enter through the after-hours entrance of the Round Room, located at the library’s Madison Street side.
