Jonesboro Library to Host Genealogy Night

Jonesboro, AR – Contributed – The Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library invites community members to Unearth Your Story during its annual Genealogy Night Lock-In on Saturday, July 18, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the main library.

Whether you’re just beginning your family history journey or have years of research experience, Genealogy Night offers something for everyone. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore family connections, discover new research resources, and receive assistance from volunteers with the Genealogy Society of Craighead County, who will be available throughout the evening to answer questions and provide research guidance.

Attendees can enjoy an evening of genealogy research, food, and beverages. Prizes and giveaways, including a Kindle Paperwhite, a Kindle Fire, a DNA kit, Genealogy Night exclusive T-shirts, and more, will be available throughout the evening. This year’s event is sponsored by the Friends of the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library.
