Jonesboro, AR – Contributed – The Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library received both a Silver ADDY Award and a Judges’ Choice Award during the American Advertising Awards hosted by the American Advertising Federation of Northeast Arkansas.

Both honors recognized the library’s 2025 “Your Library, Your Story” campaign in the Integrated Brand Identity Campaign category.

The “Your Library, Your Story” campaign was a year-long initiative focused on building a cohesive brand identity that reflects the library’s mission to serve as a welcoming space where every member of the community can see themselves represented. Through storytelling, visuals, and outreach, the campaign highlighted the many ways the library supports learning, creativity, and connection across Craighead County.

A major part of the campaign was the relaunch of the library’s annual concert series, which brought live music and community gatherings back to the library. The series became a key way to connect the community with the library, creating welcoming experiences that encouraged people to see the library not just as a place for books, but as an engaging community center.

“We are very proud of this campaign,” said Rylie Yawson, marketing & PR manager.  “This was about celebrating the people who make our library what it is. We wanted our community to see that the library truly belongs to them.”

The campaign was led by Yawson and Lauren Rose, graphic designer and adult services staff member, whose collaboration brought the vision of the campaign to life through thoughtful messaging and creative design.

If 2025 was about telling our story, 2026 will be about building on that momentum in even bigger ways. Stay tuned.

The library is located at 315 W. Oak Ave. For more information about the library, visit its website, Facebook page, or call 870-935-5133.
