The victim explained that her house had been entered through the back windows and money was stolen from her bedroom while she was at work. She said Hunter sent her messages telling her that he was looking for a man who owed him money.

He replied, “Just so you know, I went thru your bedroom window and looked around for him, he’s not in there. I didn’t break anything and didn’t touch anything.”

The victim said that Hunter also sent her a threatening message off his girlfriend’s Facebook account, saying, “Idc I broke in next time I’ll kick it in,” and “You ever threaten me with the law your [sic] gonna need them.” The victim added that her house was locked and no one should have been there while she was gone. Video footage also showed Hunter in the area around the time the messages were sent.

Hunter was arrested and booked into the Craighead County Detention Center on Aug. 8, the inmate roster shows. He is being held on a $100,000 cash/surety bond awaiting a scheduled Sept. 30 court appearance. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
