Investigators reviewed home video footage, which reportedly showed 21-year-old Camron Blake Pacheco entering the residence without the door being opened by the victim. Additional footage later captured Pacheco exiting the front door alongside a woman identified as Erica Henn, who was carrying a dark-colored handgun in her left hand. While walking toward a waiting SUV, Pacheco was seen taking the firearm from Henn before getting into the back seat of the vehicle.

Pacheco is charged with aggravated residential burglary, a Class Y felony, and theft of a firearm valued at less than $2,500, a Class D felony.

Pacheco’s bond was set at $250,000, with GPS monitoring required upon release. His next appearance is scheduled for August 21 at 9:00 a.m. at the Craighead County Courthouse.
