NEA District Fair to showcase live music


Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Sept. 5, 2025 – The Northeast Arkansas District Fair will feature live entertainment the nights of Sept. 22-27, at the District Fairgrounds (Nettleton Baptist Church) in Jonesboro.

Entertainment will be presented on the Central Chevrolet stage presented by 104.9 The Fox each night at 7 p.m. Shows are free with your paid fair admission.

The Band Trippp will perform at 7pm Monday September 22 at the Northeast Arkansas District Fair in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Treyson, JD and Chaz Stafford make up TRIPPP: a band of triplet brothers from Jonesboro. Their unique country sound includes a touch of Memphis blues, Kentucky bluegrass and Southern rock; channeling raw country storytelling and three-part harmonies that only family can create.

Since 2017, the brothers have played over 300 shows, sharing stages with a new generation of country artists including Wyatt Flores, Riley Green, ole 60 and Gavin Adcock. TRIPPP has amassed over 800,000 streams on Spotify with their 10 singles released since breakout song “Can’t Do The Time” was released in 2019. This will be their first show back home since August 2024.

 

Ken Yarbrough and Friends will perform at 7pm Tuesday night, September 23 at the Northeast Arkansas District Fair in Jonesboro, Arkansas

By day Ken Yarbrough oversees Central Chevrolet and the Central family of auto dealerships. Ken’s great Uncle W.R. Weaver founded Central Chevrolet in 1932. Ninety-five years later, Weaver’s nephew, Doyle Yarbrough, runs the company along with Ken and family.

Ken’s love of music has been a big part of Ken’s life as well. He has performed at many fairs, festivals and events, has written and recorded his own music and been a part of several bands. Ken and several of his friends join him for a fun acoustic show on the Central Chevrolet stage presented by 104.9 The Fox.

 

The band Bloodhound will perform Wednesday night, September 24 at the Northeast Arkansas District Fair in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. – BLOODHOUND

BLOODHOUND has been making music for Northeast Arkansas fans for over a year. They are a regular feature at The Brickhouse where they play shows and host monthly jam sessions with other area musicians. The band has also performed for Arkansas State tailgate events and was most recently heard rocking Main Street in downtown Jonesboro for the Paint the Town Red tailgate party.

Bloodhound includes Ryan Christiansen from Bald Knob on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Kody Martens from Bentonville on lead guitar, Spencer Rawlins of Jonesboro on bass and Calvin Rawlins from Jonesboro on drums.

 

Lori Dial and friends will perform at 7pm Thursday, September 25 at the Northeast Arkansas District Fair in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Thursday, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. – Lori Dial and Friends

Lori Dial is the theatre instructor/director at Greene County Tech. This is her 24th year in education. She has been singing and making music for most of her life and is a regular performer at most of the festivals and events across the area. Lori’s musician friend family will join her for a great show on the Central Chevrolet stage presented by 104.9 The Fox.

 

The Crafton Brothers featuring Paige Traylor will perform Friday night, September 26 at the Northeast Arkansas District Fair in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Friday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. – Crafton Brothers

The Crafton Brothers featuring Paige Trayler are a dynamic cover band bringing the best of classic rock and country to life. With rich harmonies, tight musicianship, and Paige’s powerhouse vocals out front, their setlist takes audiences on a journey through timeless hits and dance-floor favorites. Whether it’s a bar, festival, or private event, the band’s energy and passion guarantee a night to remember.

 

Eli Adams will perform at 7pm Saturday, September 27 at the Northeast Arkansas District Fair in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Saturday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. – Eli Adams

Born and raised in Forrest City, Eli Adams was raised on the sounds of old traditional country, outlaw country, bluegrass all the way to classic southern rock and soul music. He started playing music when he was 14 playing parties and restaurants.

He has been covering songs on stage with other musicians for over 10 years all around Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi. His new album, “For You Again,” was released Aug. 15 and is available on all streaming platforms.
