Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Aug 14, 2024 – JonesboroRightNow reported on Heather Talley’s oil change nightmare a few days ago.

Since then, Talley took to Facebook to explain that the company has “made it right” and repaired her vehicle.

This was an absolute nightmare in so many ways… but two really cool things happened as a result.
1) Joe’s Tire and Auto stepped up in such a huge way and took care of me and my car. From checking the oil level several times between repairs, to giving me a ride home after I dropped off my car for final repairs, they treated me with so much kindness and compassion. And their work on my vehicle was
2) Take 5 MADE IT RIGHT! I might have called and emailed incessantly, and they might never want to hear my name again, but they did the right thing and paid for the oil change they messed up, and all repairs required!
Mistakes happen. Sometimes, they’re big mistakes. And sometimes we don’t handle things very well. We are ALL guilty of this (especially me). We had some hiccups along the way, but Take 5 made it right! I’m so grateful!
