Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Ollie’s Bargain Outlet has leased 30,000 square feet for its first Jonesboro location.

Garrett McPherson, CCIM, executive broker at LRG Commercial, told JRN that construction began this week. He added that the official opening was planned for late spring or early summer 2026.

The store will be located at 1907 Woodsprings Road.

According to an LRG news release, the deal began almost a year ago following the closure of Big Lots at the property.

“When Big Lots announced its closures, we immediately recognized the potential for Ollie’s in this corridor,” McPherson said in the news release. “This lease not only fills a key vacancy but also brings a dynamic national retailer to Jonesboro.”
