Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Sept 9, 2024 – Dogs and cats of all ages, breeds and sizes are available through area animal rescues and shelters, as well as opportunities to help homeless animals through foster programs, donations, and help with fundraisers and other family-friendly activities.
JRN has partnered with area animal shelters to present “Pets of the Week!” We will feature a handful of animals each week alongside information about how to adopt or volunteer.
Alena: Alena is a 19 week old kitten, and she’s been in the shelter for 11 weeks. When she came in, she was suffering from a thermal wound on the head but is now completely recovered. She’s energetic and smart, has already been spayed, and is ready for her furever home!
Monkey: Monkey is a 2 year and 3 month old male mix. He’s been in the shelter for 15 weeks, is HW negative and neutered. He’s 61 lbs and is the life of the party! He’s a staff favorite because he’s so affectionate and energetic.
