Jonesboro, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The Jonesboro community is invited to have brunch for a good cause in April at the 2nd Annual Story of Hope Brunch.

The event benefits Hope Found of Northeast Arkansas, a Jonesboro-based nonprofit that provides resources and advocates for human trafficking victims, as well as educating the community on the topic.

“We are grateful to Story for putting together an event that supports Hope Found,” said Megan Brown, Hope Found executive director, in a press release announcing the event. “We are able to do the life-changing work that we do thanks to our community partners and supporters, and appreciate any opportunity to spread our mission while raising funds that help us thrive.”

The brunch is presented by Story Rentals. All proceeds from ticket sales will go toward Hope Found. Tickets are $55 and include brunch and three drink tickets.

The brunch menu includes a buffet with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, and toppings from Native Brew Works, as well as cinnamon rolls from Southern Confections. Doors will open at 11 a.m. for coffee, which is provided by IV Kings Coffee, and mimosas. Food will be served at 11:30 a.m.

There will also be opportunities for photos with a floral display courtesy of Generations Floral Company and Bearded Bouquet.

“It’s our honor to share our beautiful space and partner with some of our favorite local businesses to support a cause so close to my heart,” said Lindsey Spencer, owner of Story Rentals in the news release. “This space is so much fun for celebrations, and I can’t think of a better celebration than sharing it with my friends to support the fight to end human trafficking.”

The brunch will take place on April 19 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Story Rentals, located at 801 S. Gee St.

Tickets are limited and can be purchased online here.
