Jonesboro, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – Two more suspects face charges after being arrested in connection with a coordinated scheme to defraud a Jonesboro bank of thousands of dollars.

District Judge David Boling found probable cause April 6 to charge 29-year-old Kentarius Spencer, of Blytheville, and Kimberly Jones each with two class C felonies: Second-degree forgery and theft greater than $5,000 but less than $25,000 – all others.

The arrests are the result of an investigation that began when First National Bank alerted the Jonesboro Police Department to a group of five suspects.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the group submitted nine forged police reports to the bank to illegally dispute charges between Nov. 21, 2025, and March 6. The combined potential loss to the bank exceeded $20,000.

Spencer is being held on a $35,000 cash/surety bond. Another suspect, 33-year-old Jodeci Reshelle Boston, of Jonesboro, was taken into custody April 2. She faces the same charges and has the same bond as Spencer and Jones, and is being held on a $35,000 cash/surety bond.

The Craighead County Detention Center told JRN that Jones was released April 3.

All three are scheduled to appear back in court May 18. If convicted on all charges, they each face up to 20 years in prison and fines totaling $20,000.
