Valley View High School Students Dismissing Early Due to Power Outage

Jonesboro, AR – Jonesboro Right Now – Valley View High School students are being dismissed early due to a power outage.

According to an update from the district posted on social media, high school students are being dismissed due to “construction-related issues” that resulted in a power outage.

The post, which went live around 9:15 a.m., said drivers are car riders were being dismissed at that time, with bus dismissals to begin at 9:30 a.m.

The dismissal only applies to high school students, the post noted.
