Victim identified in fatal train accident in Jonesboro

Jonesboro, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The victim in the fatal train accident that occurred in Jonesboro over the weekend has been identified.

The incident report said officers responded around 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 15 to the intersection of Ellis Lane and Prospect Road along the Union Pacific railroad regarding a pedestrian who’d been struck by a train. The report listed 39-year-old Allen Tanner Demirel of Lowell, AR, as the victim in the accident.
