Work continuing on upcoming Golden Chick restaurant in Jonesboro

Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Crews are continuing work on an upcoming Golden Chick restaurant and Pitstop convenience store and gas station at the corner of Caraway and Parker roads.

Crews with StoneBridge Construction have been working on the project. Rob Hester, owner of StoneBridge Construction, told JRN that the Pitstop is scheduled to open in mid-January.

He added that construction for the new Golden Chick restaurant had started, and that it was scheduled to be completed in spring 2026.

A plumbing project application for Golden Chick was submitted to the Arkansas Department of Health in August, according to online records. The restaurant is to be located at 3219 S. Caraway Road.

Golden Chick is a Texas-based franchise restaurant, operating more than 220 stores across four states. It serves chicken dishes, including its signature Golden Tenders, salads, and various side dishes.
