Chelsea’s Strawberry Salsa recipe

My daughter Chelsea Frigo made this Strawberry Salsa for me during a
visit and with strawberry season here I thought you might like to give it a
try.

2 cartons of strawberries (dice up small)
1 can of jalapenos or 2 if you like to
kick it up a notch (dice up small)
1 purple onion (if it’s a big onion do half
and dice it up small)
Juice of 2or3 limes
Cilantro
* if strawberries are not very sweet add a spoon
or two of granulated sugar.
LET IT SIT!
