Fire Destroys Truck

During this morning’s Community Breakfast on 104.9 The Fox, a woman pulled into the Fat City parking lot on Highway 49 at Hilltop.  She had noticed smoke coming from her husband’s pick-up truck.

The fire continued to develop after the woman exited the pick-up.  Passersby tried to extinguish the fire with a small extinguisher, but the fire continued to develop.

Jonesboro Fire Department crews responded from Station 1 (nearby) and were able to extinguish the blaze.

No one was injured.
