Frigo Kills Rudolph

Jonesboro Police are investigating after a damaged reindeer decoration found in the Downtown Joyfest Christmas decoration area. Police say the reindeer suffered structural damage and appeared to have been run over. A witness told police a man in a white van with commercial lettering may have driven over the reindeer. Police are reviewing surveillance video to determine whether they believe the driver intentionally or unintentionally ran over the reindeer. The reindeer decoration? Did not survive.

UPDATE  Jonesboro Radio Group Remote Coordinator Dr. Tyler Sitzer performed life-saving cosmetic surgery on the reindeer this morning. The reindeer has been placed back in the display, and will be lighting up the faces of residents visiting the Downtown Jonesboro attractions through Christmas!
