The “Champagne” in this picnic-perfect fried chicken refers to Miller High Life (“The Champagne of Beers”). It’s inspired by the beer-marinated fried chicken served at country music star and The Voice judge Blake Shelton’s popular Ole Red restaurant chain, with locations in Tennessee, Florida and Oklahoma.
